The first release of our dairy free original milk tea. Featuring a custom blend of oat milk and supplemented with pea protein to enhance mouthfeel, add protein, and reduce bitterness.

We took your feedback from batch 0.1 and made some improvements. Focusing on a more floral, sweet and fragrant tea flavor while reducing some of the bitterness and astringency.

Our first shelf stable release. Our primary focus was achieving a strong tea flavor using real brewed tea while also creating the right texture and mouthfeel without the use of excessive stabilizers.

- Lowered milk fat content.

- Reduced sugar by 1g per serving.

- Increased total dissolved solids (tea concentration) by 25x.

- Smoother more refreshing mouthfeel. Softer.
