We process orders the same day if your order was placed before 12:00PM CST. Orders placed after 12:00PM CST will be processed the following business day. Orders will be processed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM CST, excluding holidays).
Joy offers 2 shipping rates with either USPS or UPS. Depending on your time for delivery Joy may choose a faster shipping method to insure your milk tea reaches you quickly. We do this because Joy is made fresh and shipped same day under refrigerated conditions. To guarantee freshness we require all shipments to be sent using the USPS or UPS. All orders are shipped from our facility in Chicago, IL using USPS or UPS. After your order has shipped, tracking information is sent out in a shipping confirmation email.
